Michael Rizzone, DDS

Originally from the town of Clarence, a suburb of Buffalo, and similar in size to Corning.  Dr. Mike went to undergraduate school at the University of Buffalo and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.  He then went south for dental school and attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (home of the Tarheels). Following graduation Dr. Mike did a one year residency program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville NC.  After working in North Carolina for two years Dr. Mike wanted to return north, closer to his family and moved back to upstate New York.  He first worked in the Adirondacks near Glens Falls.  Next he worked in the Fingerlakes area, at both the City of Geneva and Town of Bath.  After meeting with Dr. John Sementilli and finding that they had similar treatment styles, they mutually agreed to transition the office to Dr. Mike in 2018.  When not helping his patients Dr. Mike likes to play and watch basketball, follow the Buffalo Bills, and go for runs.

Nancy, RDH

We are excited to welcome back Nancy! In the past, Nancy worked at our office a dental assistant for Dr. John Sementilli and then went back and got her dental hygiene licenses. Nancy has been working as a dental hygienist for over 15 years. Nancy has a great sense of humor and will often times have her patients laughing as she cleans their teeth. Her daughter is playing rugby and hockey and her son is planning on attending medical school.

Stephenie, RDH

Stephenie has been a hygienist for over 20 years. She has excellent dental knowledge and has worked for a gum specialist in the past. On her days off she enjoys riding her motorcycle. She has a passion for post-modern furniture. Her daughter is studying to become a nurse practitioner.

Gretchen, RDH

Gretchen has recently moved to the Southerntier area with her family after originally living in the Buffalo and Syracuse areas. Gretchen has been a hygienist for over 20 years. Prior, she was a faculty member at a SUNY hygiene program. She teaches patients excellent techniques for food removal to help prevent bone and gum disease.

Maci, Dental Assistant

Maci is originally from the northern Pennsylvania area. A recent graduate of the BOCES dental assisting program, Maci has shown great interest in the dental field and is preparing herself to attend hygiene school in the future. Maci has a very warm personality and connects well with our patients. On her days off she likes to spend time with her dog, have dinner with family and friends and check out dental videos on social media.

Erin, Office Manager

  Erin is originally from Corning NY.  She has been a dental assistant in Steuben County for about 20 years and has experience with a variety of procedures.  When she has time she likes to do activities outside, hunt and knit.

Erin has done a great job transitioning to our new office manager! Her past clinical experience has aided greatly in her understanding of dental insurances.

Rose, Dental Assistant

Rose has recently moved to the area from Colorado. She graduated from a dental assisting program in New Jersey. When not working she enjoys hiking and taking care of her golden retriever.

Sam, Administrative

Sam joined our office in 2022. She is part of the ARC of Steuben program and lights up our office whenever she comes in! Sam’s personality always helps brighten our mood and it is a pleasure to work with her.
